The Faith Work & Home Collective was born in my heart, piece by piece.
It all started with the podcast.
God began stirring my heart to create a podcast that would encourage people to live out their faith while pursuing their careers. If I'm being honest, I wanted to start a podcast about almost anything else. Maybe theology. Maybe stories of cancer survivors. I had so many ideas. I wanted something that felt a little less personal and a little less vulnerable.
But God continued to speak clearly, confirming the same message again and again.
So, in August 2025, Faith & Work was born.
Since then, it has been an incredible journey. I've had the privilege of sitting down with business owners, teachers, healthcare professionals, stay-at-home parents, ministry leaders, and everyday people who are discovering what it looks like to follow Christ in every area of life. Every conversation reminds me that our work matters to God because people matter to God.
As the podcast grew, another dream began to take shape.
